Graduate student accommodation (Oxford Architects 2000)
This prominent building at Folly Bridge, completed at the start of the new Millennium, provides accommodation for graduates. Its 85 study bedrooms respond to the higher expectations of mature students, with ensuite facilities and a kitchen for every five residents. It could easily ‘pass’ for speculative private market housing, and has become a local landmark.
